Hands 2 Acres proudly ships all orders exclusively via FedEx, ensuring reliable delivery and professional handling of our imported South African food products.
 

๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping Methods

We offer the following FedEx services based on your location and order size:

  • FedEx Ground (Standard delivery within the U.S.)

  • FedEx Express (Expedited delivery options available at checkout)

  • FedEx Home Delivery (Residential addresses only)

โฑ๏ธ Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Delivery times vary by location and selected FedEx service

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
     

๐Ÿงพ Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment at fedex.com.
 

๐Ÿšจ Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • All shipments require a valid street address and contact number.
     

๐Ÿ“ท Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and your FedEx tracking number

  • We will file a claim with FedEx and assist with resolution.

Hands 2 Acres is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, weather, customs, or other external factors. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by FedEx.
