Due to the imported nature of our products and the complexities involved in international sourcing, Hands 2 Acres does not offer refunds on any purchases.

We take great care to ensure that all items are accurately described, securely packaged, and shipped in optimal condition. However, because our goods are perishable, culturally specific, and sourced from abroad, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed.
